The Artistic Lighting Project

Five artistic light installations along the Green Circle Trail transform regular street lights into sculptures:

• “Singing in the Rain” (2022)
• “Fish On” (2023)
• “Strumming Along” (2024)
• “For the Birds” (2024)
• “Salute to Service” (2025) – on Armed Forces Memorial Bridge

Each light celebrates something about Stevens Point. The project started in 2021 to bring art to everyday spaces. Local businesses donated materials and work—Point Coating powder coated them, Bushman Electric handled electrical work, City Streets managed installation.
