Help Build Wisconsin’s Civic Leader Map

Plot twist: You’re not just learning about civic leaders—you ARE one! Time to add yourself (or a friend!) to Wisconsin’s elected leader map. This creates a public beacon for residents in your community to find.

Add Your Elected Leader Beacon: Click the “+” button in the menu and selected “Elected Leader” as the Beacon Type.

Then enter the following information:

  • Leader Type: Mayor, Village President, Town Chair, City Council Member, Village Trustee, County Board Supervisor, County Executive, School Board Member, Sheriff, Clerk, Treasurer, Register of Deeds, Other
  • Leader Name
  • Leader Title
  • Leader’s Municipality
  • Location: Where they work – City Hall, Village Hall, etc.
  • Current Term (e.g., 2022-2026)
  • Responsibilities: a few sentences on duties and committees
  • Website (if available)
  • Email (if available)
  • Other Info! (recent project, leadership style, quote, fun fact)

This places your beacon on the map! Costs 5 Energy to submit, but earns you 40 XP for making Wisconsin’s civic map more complete.
